Haven't posted a new entry (except for the book reading list additions) in quite some time.  What's the point of having a blog if you don't blog?  Well, there's that post-retirement work for the agency, then a move to the Pacific Northwest, and after settling in, there's the work on my second book which I've neglected off and on for 15 years, and I do have to eat and sleep and read.  Not an excuse, just a reason.
